  • Trash Days are TUESDAY and FRIDAY, recycle day is every THURSDAY. Trash Cans are located on the right side of the house near the fence

Living Area

A nice cozy space with a beautiful leather couch that can also be a queen size bed. Roku tv for you to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. 

Kitchen

Newley remodeled cape cod style kitchen with everything you may need to cook the most delicious meals and a brand new dining room table for you to enjoy your meal.



Bedroom 1/ Bathroom

2 twin beds with Roku tv and walk in closet with hangers for you to use. Across the hall a newly remodeled bathroom and walk in shower.

Master bedroom

Beautiful King size bed with nightstands on each side, huge window perfect for natural lighting and attached bathroom.

Backyard

Enclosed patio space with lounge furniture to enjoy your morning coffee and fenced backyard for your kids and animals to run around.

Things to know

  • Linen located in the closet in front of master bedroom. 


  • Beach chairs located at the entrance in front closet.

  • Garbage Disposal switch is located under the sink and to the side.

  • We have Smart TV's throughout the house. From the main page, you can scroll down to Xfinity Stream for local TV channels
  • The Telephone in the kitchen is for decoration and does not work.
  • There is a doggie pooper scooper located in the backyard. Please clean up and bag up at the end of your visit.
  • Landscaping Company visits weekly.
